

Robert (Bob) Finder BSChE AICD (Chairman)
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science Chemical Engineering from the University of Detroit, USA. Bob has more than 30 years experience in the international pharmaceutical and chemical industries, and he is currently Chief Executive Officer of Novozymes GroPep Limited, the Australian subsidiary of Novozymes, a global biotechnology company. Prior to joining GroPep in 2002, Mr Finder was President and Chief Operating Officer of Mayne Pharma – Americas and Asia Pacific. In this role, Mr Finder was responsible for the commercial activities for the Americas and Asia Pacific region as well as for global research and development for Mayne Pharma. Mayne Pharma evolved from Mayne’s acquisition of F H Faulding, where Bob was President and Chief Operating Officer of Faulding Pharmaceuticals – Asia Pacific. Before Faulding, Bob’s roles included Vice President Manufacturing for Ecogen Inc, in Pennsylvania, Director Manufacturing for Rhone-Poulenc (USA) and Managing Director of Monsanto Chemicals in Thailand. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.

Lusia Halina Guthrie BAppSc MScSTC MAICD

Lusia holds a Masters degree in Science and Technology Commercialisation from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Technology from the University of South Australia. Lusia’s previous career experience includes positions as Medical Laboratory Scientist at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Adelaide and with Dorevitch Pathology in Melbourne. She spent thirteen years with international pharmaceutical company FH Faulding & Company Ltd where she held executive level positions in operations and manufacturing management. Lusia has also worked in intellectual property management and commercialisation for Medvet Science Pty Ltd. She has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors programme and has held several non-executive Board appointments. She is a Director of public listed companies Vet Biotechnology Ltd and Apomab Ltd and is currently a member of the Manufacturing Consultative Council for the State Government of South Australia.

Peter was a Sharebroker by profession and previously held the position of State Manager of national sharebroking firm, D&D Tolhurst Ltd, South Australia. Peter also was Director of the South Australian Asset Management Corporation (Chair of Super Fund and a member of its Audit and Insurance Committee) and board member of the Royal Adelaide Hospital Inc. He is currently a Commissioner of the South Australian Lotteries Commission (Past Chair of the Audit Committee) and current Member of the Audit Committee. Catherine Mary Costello LL.B. (Non Exec Director)
Kate has a law degree from the University of Melbourne and was previously an academic at the University of South Australia. She was in management with a commercial law firm before establishing a management consultancy. Kate has over 20 years experience in corporate governance and strategy through her consulting work with the boards of client organizations, her directorships and involvement as a facilitator in the Company Directors course offered by the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Kate's board experience includes directorships in South Australian Totalisator Agency Board, Australian Central Credit Union Ltd, Festival City Broadcasters Ltd and Chair of Saab Intelligent Transport Systems Ltd and Bassett Consulting Engineers. She is currently a director of Integrated Research Ltd and Saab Systems and a member of the Independent Selection Committee, University of Adelaide and a steering committee member of the OECD's “Creating the Future” project.

He was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of dried fruit processor, Angas Park Fruit Company and has extensive experience in the US and South Pacific markets in food processing, agriculture and dried meat processing. Paul also has experience in community hospitals and various charitable organizations. He is currently a Director of the public companies Vet Biotechnology Ltd, SDP Technology Ltd and Apomab Ltd.

Jamie Dreckow (Company Secretary)
Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy from the University of South Australia. Jamie is a Partner with the Adelaide firm Edwards Marshall, where he provides accounting and assurance services to a broad range of clients from the manufacturing, finance, wholesale and retail trade, and community services sectors. He joined the firm in 1989 and became Audit Manager in 1997 and was promoted to Senior Manager – Assurance Services in 1998. Jamie is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Member of CPA Australia.

Stephen is a lawyer with more than 30 years’ experience and has a law degree from the University of Adelaide. Stephen was a Principal of SP Mathwin & Co from 1974 to 1983 and was a Partner with the Adelaide firm Kelly and Co from 1988 to 2001 where he headed the firm’s Employment, Industrial Law and Superannuation sections. He was also responsible for managing much of Kelly and Co's internal risk management functions. Stephen remains a consultant to the firm. Stephen is Deputy Chair and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Non Government Schools (NGS) Superannuation Fund, a fund of approximately $2.5 billion. He is also the Chairman of Brown Wood Panels Pty Ltd and a Director of the McArthur Management Group of Companies, Albox Australia Pty Ltd, Poly Products Co Pty Ltd and Paragon Equity Limited.
